You can use any Nano wallet, and we don't prohibit that, but we will reward users who use a native Nano wallet by significantly reducing the minimum withdrawal requirement.
A native wallet is one that gives you full control over your funds and enables you to change your representative.
By using a native wallet that allows for representative changes, we know that you are using a reliable Nano wallet that prioritizes the fastest Nano network transactions
and doesn't delay transactions like some multi-asset wallets.
Below you will find instructions on how to change your representative to TipNano using the Natrium wallet, although any
native wallet such as Nault can be used. The process will be similar. You can also choose another native non multi-asset Nano wallet from https://nanowallets.guide/.
After the application registers this change, you can switch to any other representative.
If you're using the exchange address directly or a multi-asset wallet like Trust Wallet, you won't have complete control over your address, which will prevent you from changing the representative.
For the change to take effect, you must have at least one transaction at your address. If you don't have any, before switching representatives, first set up your address in TipNano. TipNano will then send you a small amount of Nano to receive.
After changing the representative, return to the application and navigate to the Nano withdrawal page.
If the minimum amount of nautri to withdraw has still not decreased, return to the main screen, allow a brief period for the system to update, and then revisit the Nano withdrawal page.
Remember that your Nano address must be linked in TipNano, otherwise the change of representative will not be detected by our system!
